GENERAL RULES OF USE

• All offers are valid from 1st January, 2017 to December 31st 2017, unless otherwise stated.

• All complimentary offers must be redeemed within the validity period.

• Smart Saver coupons are non-transferable and fall void if found to be purchased, sold or bartered for cash.

• Only valid original Smart Saver coupons may be redeemed.

• Offers apply only to the items and terms stated on the Smart Saver coupons.

• Smart Saver offers are exclusive and shall not be used in conjunction with any other discount

  offers, promotions and rewards programs.

• Offers do not apply to any additional service charges, taxes, levies or compulsory fees.

• Only one Smart Saver coupon can be redeemed per transaction/booking.

• Ensure that you have read the category Terms and Conditions and How to Redeem, and the

   exclusion rules on your Smart Saver coupon in order to correctly redeem your offer.

• Should there be any disagreement with regards to payment it shall be settled in accordance

  with the applicable Zambian law. Upon being notified of the disagreement, Smart Saver

Please note: The Smart Saver shall not be held responsible if any establishment relocates or is closed,

permanently or temporarily, due to seasonal changes, holidays, or any other reason not here stated, during

the validity period.

FOOD & DRINK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each Food & Drink Offer provides one complimentary meal/drink unless otherwise stated on the coupon.

• A maximum of one Food & Drink Offer can be redeemed per person.

• The Food & Drink Offers exclude taxes, service charges and other mandatory fees.

• The Food & Drink Offers ARE valid during Public holidays unless otherwise stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• All orders are subject to standard payment and cancellation policies.

• All Food & Drink Offers must be declared when making an order.

• All Food & Drinks Offers are only valid for sit-in clients and exclude deliveries.

• Offers apply only to the items and terms stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• The Food & Drink Offers must be redeemed at the same time as the purchase and shall not be redeemed at a later date.

FOOD & DRINK IN GROUPS

When two or more people are dining together the following will apply:

• A single bill shall be presented per table/group.

• Separating bills shall not be allowed.

• An upper limit of 4 Smart Saver coupons may be redeemed per table/group.

HOW TO REDEEM FOOD & DRINK OFFER

• Please ensure that you have read and understood the General Rules of Use, the Food & Drink

Terms and Conditions, and the exclusion rules and offer printed on the Smart Saver coupon you wish to redeem.

• Select the Smart Saver coupon you wish to redeem and take it with you to the establishment.

• At the time of placing your order please declare that you have a Smart Saver coupon you wish to redeem.

• Present your Smart Saver coupon when making payment.

HOTELS & LODGES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Hotels/Lodges Offers apply to single and double occupancy; with a limit of two people within the same booking.

• Each Hotels/Lodges Offer provides one complimentary night regardless of the duration of the booking paid for,

unless otherwise stated on the coupon.

• A maximum of one Hotels/Lodges Offer can be redeemed per booking.

• The Hotels/Lodges Offers exclude taxes, service charges, tourism/park/conservation fees, bed

levies, drinks, meals, activities and transfers unless otherwise stated.

• The Hotels/Lodges Offers require prior booking (and are subject to availability) and bookings

must be made in accordance with the booking requirements stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• The Hotels/Lodges Offers are only valid for bookings made in person at or by calling/emailing

the Hotels/Lodges reservation desk.

• The Hotels/Lodges Offers (your complimentary night) are NOT valid during Public holidays.

• All Hotels/Lodges Offers are based on rack rates.

• All bookings are subject to standard policies with regards payment and cancellation.

• All Hotels/Lodges Offers must be declared at the time of booking.

HOW TO REDEEM HOTELS/LODGES OFFER

• Please ensure that you have read and understood the General Rules of Use, the Hotels/Lodges

Terms and Conditions and the exclusion rules and booking requirements printed on the Smart

Saver coupon you wish to redeem.

• At the time of making your booking please declare with the reservation desk that you have a

Smart Saver coupon you wish to redeem.

• Once the booking has been confirmed please carry your Smart Saver coupon to the Hotel/Lodge

and present it to the reservation desk when checking in.

 

Disclaimer: Hotels and Lodges may be closed during the off-season. The Smart Saver shall not be held

responsible if any establishment is closed for this or any other reason not here stated, during the validity period.

LEISURE & LIFESTYLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each Leisure & Lifestyle Offer provides one complimentary activity/service unless otherwise stated on the

Smart Saver coupon.

• A maximum of one Leisure & Lifestyle Offer can be redeemed at a time.

• The Leisure & Lifestyle Offers exclude taxes, service charges and other mandatory fees.

• The Leisure & Lifestyle Offers ARE valid during Public holidays unless otherwise stated on the

Smart Saver coupon.

• All bookings/transactions are subject to standard payment and cancellation policies.

• All Leisure & Lifestyle Offers must be declared to the desired establishment prior to undertaking the

activity/service/treatment.

• All Leisure & Lifestyle Offers apply only to the services and terms stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• The Leisure & Lifestyle Offers may be redeemed on the same day or at a later date from the booking/

transaction unless otherwise stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• The Leisure & Lifestyle Offers complimentary services may be enjoyed by the Smart Saver coupon

holder or a person of their choice.

• Any complimentary service to be redeemed at a later date can ONLY be enjoyed by the Smart Saver

coupon holder and is non-transferable.

• The Leisure & Lifestyle Offers must be validated or stamped by the establishment prior to being

redeemed for use at a later date.

coupon you wish to redeem and indicate if you wish to redeem it on that day or at a later date.

• All Shopping & Services Offers provide a complimentary service or percentage discount/cash

back as stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• A maximum of one Shopping & Services Offer can be redeemed per person.

• The Shopping & Services Offers exclude taxes, service charges and other mandatory charges.

• The Shopping & Services Offers ARE valid during Public holidays unless otherwise stated on the coupon.

• All purchases/bookings/transactions are subject to standard payment and cancellation policies.

• All Shopping & Services Offers must be declared when making a purchase/booking/transaction.

• Offers apply only to the products and services stated on the Smart Saver coupon.

• The Shopping & Services Offers complimentary services may be enjoyed by the Smart Saver

coupon holder or a person of their choice.

• All Shopping & Services Offers may be redeemed at a later date unless otherwise stated on the

Smart Saver coupon.

• Any complimentary service to be redeemed at a later date can ONLY be enjoyed by the coupon

holder and is non-transferable.
